A nighttime drone strike in Ukraine's northeastern Sumy region bordering Russia killed three people, including an 8-year-old boy, Governor Oleh Hryhorov said. said Tuesday.Hryhorov said on Telegram that Russian drones attacked a village in the Verkhnia Syrovatka region around midnight, damaging 30 residential buildings and several cars and causing a large-scale fire.The body of the 8-year-old boy was removed from the rubble of a damaged building, Hryhorov added.
